Rascal Flatts to Sing National Anthem at Brickyard 400 8/8/04
Nashville- (July 16, 2004) – CMA and ACM Vocal Group of the Year RASCAL FLATTS will sing the national anthem before the 11th Brickyard 400 on August 8 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The annual NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race starts at 2:30p.m. at the historic 2.5-mile oval. The race will be aired on NBC.
Rascal Flatts- Gary, Jay and Joe Don- will depart after the race for Fort Wayne, IN for a show with Kenny Chesney that evening. The guys are currently on tour with Chesney through the summer and are putting the finishing touches on their third Lyric Street Records album, due in stores Sept 28, 2004.

Video for 'My Worst Fear'!
In the middle of June, Rascal Flatts released a new video for 'My Worst Fear'. The video can be viewed on CMT or GAC, and you can watch it at CMT.com if you cant wait. The video is beautuful and very sexy. The guys look great and they just did a flatt out awesome job with it. In this one Jay is the center of attention, or to say he is the star. As we all know for the 'These Days' video Gary starred, and for 'I Melt' Joe Don and his derriere got most of the attention. Hope you got to see it, it is gonna be a huge hit!

Fan Fair on CBS
On CBS, Wednesday night, July 14th Rascal Flatts' performance at the CMA Music Festival (Fan Fair) was aired! Other performers in the two hour special included Brooks & Dunn, Martina McBride, Gretchen Wilson, Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban, LeAnn Rimes, Wynonna, Terri Clark and Hank Williams Jr.
